Timothy E. Bell, 44, of Steubenville, Ohio, passed away December 22, 2011 in his home of natural causes.

He was born July 14, 1967, in Steubenville, to Joyce (Cunningham) Bell and the late Richard R. Bell. In addition to his father he is also preceded in death by his brother, Steven Bell.

In addition to his mother he his survived by his children, Juliet and Jacob; brothers, Richard, Danny, Pat, Mike, and Chris; and sisters, Leslie and Lisa Moziejko.

As a read them I thought too that these are not only tributes to Tim but also to your entire family. You and Richard certainly were a second set of parents to so many kids. You have opened your heart and your home to so many kids when they needed someone and you are surely loved by all who's lives you have touched. All of us have so many wonderful memories not only of Timmy but of your whole family.
