Curtis Judy, 61, of Richmond, Ohio, passed away in his home.

He was employed at Wheeling-Pitt Steel Corporation until illness forced his retirement in 1996. Since then he has battled with multiple health problems until God took him from us on January 11, 2012.

He faced death with courage, strength, pride, and dignity touching many lives in his lifetime.

Curtis enjoyed hunting, fishing, and the outdoors. We are proud to have known him.

He leaves behind his beloved wife and best friend Nancy; step-son, Jason Krum; his beloved dogs, JoJo and Baby Girl; and also left behind is his cousin, Curtis Messler who resides in Minnesota even though so far away was very close at heart with Curt; and the friends who had the privilege of becoming his chosen family.

Friends will be received for a memorial service that will be held 11 AM Wednesday January 18 at Bell Chapel, 3419 State Route 213, Steubenville to celebrate the life of Curtis, dinner will follow at the church.

Donations will be accepted at Mrs. Judy, 235 Township Rd. 260, Richmond, Ohio 43944.

#7 Lauren Bell 2012-01-18 02:46 Hello,
I knew Curtis a long while back, through my dad. At the time he had horses, Dutchess and Wendy, among them. He couldn't ride because of an injury, and let me come out to go riding. He was a nice, generous man. God bless.
