We were so saddened at the news of Paul's passing. We are sorry for the loss for the family and the community. He was a great example of what it meant to be a good neighbor. During our brief time serving Richmond, he was there almost everyday of the spring and summer in his golf cart helping someone with something. He lived a life of giving and service as easily as breathing. It's not easy to live like that. He was just such an inspiration.

From Eve Blackburn and Nellie Kinney to the present our families have been friends, with Richmond always at the center. Paul was "Mr. Richmond", always with a smile and a helping hand. My sincere sympathy, Lee

Our family will greatly miss Paul. When we moved to Richmond he was so welcoming and helpful. He was one of our #1 supporters throughout the process of building our house. I am thankful that our kids grew up knowing him and Gwen and we will never forget him. He was one of a kind, the best kind!!

From Eva Blackburn and Nellie Kinney to the present, the Blackburn's and Kinney's have enjoyed a long and happy friendship - all centered in and around Richmond, and Paul had been a wonderful part of that friendship. Love to you all, Lee
