He was born in Steubenville, OH, on December 24, 1947, a son of the late Orville B. and Margaret (Welsh) Miller.

Ben’s smile and his sense of humor brought joy to all who met him. He was greatly loved and will be fondly remembered. As a child of God, he is now completely happy and whole.

We would also like to thank The Laurels of Massillon, and Crossroads Palliative Care and Hospice of Green for the outstanding care they provided for Ben during his final days.

He is survived by his brother, William “Bill” (Marilyn) Miller of Akron and a sister, Mary “Plum” (Bill) Edwards of Wintersville, an Uncle, John “Bub” Welsh of Steubenville and a niece, Laura (Lynn) Berg of Cleveland.
