Joyce A. Bell

Joyce A. Bell, 77, of Steubenville, OH, went to be with the Lord on August 23, 2017, surrounded by her family.

She was born October 9, 1939 in Steubenville, OH. A daughter of the late Charles Cunningham and Helen (Hill) Lloyd.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Richard R. Bell; sons, Steve and Tim Bell; and sister Elva Osaba.

She was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church, Steubenville.

Joyce will be remembered for her selfless devotion to her family. She was a loving and caring wife, mother of 9, sister of 6. Grandmother of 21, great grandmother of 10, and aunt to over 60 nieces and nephews. The love she had for her family was immeasurable. Simply put she was a woman we all aspire to be.

Joyce is survived by her children Rick (Rose) Bell, Dan (Carole) Bell, Leslie (Randy) Bell Moziejko, Lisa Bell Moziejko, Pat (Joy) Bell, Mike (Janet) Bell, Chris (Kelly) Bell; Siblings Marylue (Bernard) Zascavage, James (Margie) Cunningham, Charles Cunningham, Mary Jean (Kenny) Aspenleiter II, Edward V. (Louise) Lloyd.

Friends will be received on Friday, August 25, 2017 from 2-6 PM at Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville.

A Vigil will be held Friday at 2:30 PM at the funeral home.

A Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be celebrated at 9 AM Saturday, August 26, 2017 at St. Peter Catholic Church, 425 N. Fourth St., Steubenville with Father Bradley Greer as celebrant.

Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Steubenville.
