Vicki Orban

Vicki Lynn Orban, 60 of Wintersville, Ohio passed away Friday, February 15, 2019 at Trinity Medical Center West. She was born September 25, 1958 in Steubenville, Ohio a daughter of George and Carolyn (Green) Bickerstaff of Wintersville. In addition to her parents she is survived by her daughter, Samantha (Justin) Shear of Powell, Ohio; son, Harry (Meghan) Orban of Steubenville; brother, Brian Bickerstaff of Wintersville; two sisters, Connie Tuggle of North Charleston, SC and Beth (Greg) Horton, Mt. Pleasant, SC; five grandchildren, Sophia, Lilly, Izabella Orban, Maxwell and Camilla Shear; several nieces and nephews; and her best friend, Jane Kleineke.

Vicki was a graduate of Wintersville High School and was employed by AAA in Weirton.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville on Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. Funeral services on Tuesday at 11 am with Pastor Larry Hukill officiating. Burial will follow at Fort Steuben Burial Estates. Memorial contributions can be made to the Jefferson County Humane Society, 200 Airpark Drive, Wintersville, Ohio 43953.
