Alan D. Wiley, 57, of Bergholz, OH, passed away Monday, October 25, 2021 at Mercy Medical Center, Canton, OH.

He was born January 24, 1964 in Steubenville, OH, a son of the late Fredrick P and Mary Jane (Carrick)  Wiley, Sr..  He is also preceded in death by a brother, John Wiley, niece, Tracy Custer and nephew, Matthew Puckett.

Alan was a longtime employee of Summitville Tile where he worked as a shale miner.  He enjoyed traveling, cooking, baking and spending time with his family.

Alan is survived by his wife of 32 years, Lisa (Brothers) Wiley, his children, Tessa, Miranda and Joseph, all of Bergholz, his brother Fredrick (Margaret) Wiley of Salineville, OH, sisters Kay (Tom) Cooper of Avon, Fay (Jim) Stepic of Marblehead, OH, Sandy (Terry) MacEwen of Cleveland, and Brenda (Richard) Eckenrode of Bergholz, countless nieces and nephews, his loyal companions Bella and Daisy and grand-pups, Luca and Manny.

Friends may call on Saturday, Oct. 30,  from 10 AM until time of services at 1 PM at the Everhart Bove Funeral Home, 287 Second St., Bergholz.

Pastor Mark Thomas will officiate and burial will follow in the Bergholz Cemetery.
