Albert P. Irwin, 56 of Steubenville, OH passed away Saturday, January 14, 2006 at his residence in Shaffer Plaza. Albert brought joy to a large extended family and friends with his cheerfulness and friendly personality. He was a hard worker at Jeffco workshop and had many good friends at Shaffer Plaza. Albert was born August 20, 1949 in Beckley, WV, a son of the late John and Ruth (Grimm) Irwin. He is survived by many cousins that loved him dearly. Friends may call at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 110 West Main, St., Richmond on Monday from 6-9 PM. Services will be held at the funeral home Tuesday at 1PM with Pastor John Hearn officiating.
