ALLEN D. MILLER, 55, of Richmond, OH, passed away in Richmond Tuesday, December 1, 2009 after suffering an apparent heart attack. He was born in Steubenville, OH, March 28, 1954 to the late Clarence and Leona (Pigott) Miller. He is survived by his brother, Avery (Cheryl) Miller, East Springfield and sisters, Connie (Jim) McKinney, Richmond, Shelia (David) Beadnell, Carrollton and Janet (Matt) Beadnell, Wolf Run.
