Obituary

Anna A. Littrell, 81, of Richmond, Ohio passed away March 7, 2012 in Steubenville.

She was born January 25, 1931 in Steubenville, Ohio, a daughter of the late Wilford F. Sr. and Cecelia "Sis" M. ( Montibello) McDermitt. In addition to her parents she is also preceded in death by her husband, Larry L. Littrell whom she married on November 22, 1969 and whom passed away September 8, 2008 ; brother, Wilford (Sonny) McDermitt Jr whom passed away in May 2010.; granddaughter, Darcy Ann Kain whom passed away in 1981; and grandson, Tyler Scott Kain whom passed away in 2011.

In 1948 she was a graduate of Catholic Central High School where she was head majorette.

She was a member at St. John Fisher Catholic Church, Richmond.

Anna was a lifetime member at Jefferson County Sportsman Association and a secretary there for the past 28 years. She was also the past treasurer of Tri State Bowling League.

Anna is survived by four sons, Michael W. Kain of Carolina Beach, NC, Patrick E. Kain of Richmond, OH, Sean S. Kain of Steubenville, OH, and Danny A. Kain of Steubenville, OH; one daughter, Darcy A. Richards of Richmond, OH; one sister, Willetta M. "Billie" Murray of Massillon, OH; grandchildren, Tonya (Joe) Cutrone of Columbus, OH, Tisha (Jay) Chemolovski of Wintersville, OH, Erin (Luke) Kain of Wintersville, OH, Heather (Jeff) Dellenbaugh of Burgettstown, PA, Casey (Mike) Allan of Wintersville, OH, and Kari Ann Kain of Reno, Nevada; and great grandchildren, Cameron and Brooklyn Cutrone, Anna Spanovich, Lizzie Hoover, Layla Mae Kain, Cheyanne, Michael, and Cody Allan, Jeffrey Dellenbaugh in the US Navy of Georgia, Shannon and Ashleigh of Wintersville, OH; special aunt, Delores "DoDo" Carocci; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville on Sunday from 1-3 and 5-7 PM with funeral service at 7 PM with Father John McCoy officiating.
