ARTHUR BRYAN RIGGS, III, 48, of Bergholz, OH passed away Tuesday, September 15, 2009 in Valley Hospice Care Center North, Steubenville. He was born December 11, 1960 in Canton, OH to Arthur Riggs, II of Bergholz and Edith Borkoski Riggs of Canton, OH. He is survived by his wife, Virginia (Fisher), a son, Arthur Riggs, IV, at home, a daughter, Amanda Kirkman and step-daughter, Erica Krikman both of Canton, brother Emery Alan Riggs of Bergholz, sisters, Alice (Dave) Gubanez of Bergholz and Tina Riggs of Canton and 8 grandchildren. Memorial services will be at 1 PM Saturday, September 26, 2009, at the Amsterdam Community Church of God Church, 8247 Bear Rd, Amsterdam with Pastor Ray Martin.
