Barbara A. Keeder, 81, of Toronto, Ohio passed away on September 23, 2023 at Valley Hospice Care Center, Steubenville. She was a member of Bell Chapel Methodist Church.

She was born November 29, 1941 in Richmond, Ohio, a daughter of the late William and Annie (Kerr) Powley. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by six siblings.

Barb is survived by her husband, Harold Keeder, they just celebrated their 62nd wedding anniversary on September 19th. Three children, Gene (Cheri) Keeder, George (Anne) Keeder, and Kim (Jim Brown) Griffith; six grandchildren, Kyle (Ashley) Keeder, Cory (Julia) Keeder, Trey (Ellie Guth) Griffith, Lucas (Sara) Griffith, Logan Keeder, and Kelsie (Nate) Robinson; four great-grandchildren, Brenna, Kace, Tucker, and Tanner Keeder.

A celebration of life service for Barb will take place at 11 AM on Thursday, September 28, 2023 at Bell Chapel Methodist Church with Pastor Ryan Cockrill officiating.
