Barbara J. Martinez, 56, of Wintersville, OH, passed away April 12, 2017 at her home.
She was born September 1, 1960 in Steubenville, OH, a daughter of the late Ronald and Bess (Mercer) Thompson.
Barbara loved animals and flowers.
She is survived by her husband, Marco Martinez of Wintersville; daughters, Marlana Martinez of Detroit, MI and Mary Martinez of Wintersville, OH; brothers, Ronald (Tina) Thompson of Shippenville, PA, Timothy (Angie) Thompson of Follansbee, WV, and Mark Thompson of Steubenville, OH; sisters, Marlene Bower of Unionport, OH; many nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville on Saturday from 9 AM until time of funeral services at 11 AM with Pastor Bill Westling officiating.
