WANDA M. "Tootie" BELL, 77 of Wintersville, OH, passed away with her family by her side Sunday, November 12, 2006 in the Pallative Care Unit of Valley Hospice, Steubenville. She was a homemaker and member of the Bell Chapel United Methodist Church. She loved cooking and gardening but her pleasure in life was her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was born July 18, 1929 in Steubenville, OH, a daughter of the late Charles and Bertha (Moore) Walter. She is also preceded in death by her husband, James H. "Ding" Bell whom she married November 19, 1949 and who died November 29, 1998, and by a grandson, Jimmy Fellows. She is survived by her son, Charles (Deanne) Bell, Richmond, by 4 daughters, Carol (Harold) Randolph, Richmond, Janet Fellows, Wintersville, Gail (Richard) Rine, Mingo Jct., and Shelly (Jim) Newburn, Richmond, 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; by a bother, Kenny (Pat) Walter, Steubenville, and a sister, Norma Merrill, Tippacanoe, OH.
Friends may call at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 110 West Main St., Richmond on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM where funeral services will be held at 11 AM Wednesday with the Reverend Jeff Proya officiating.
