Beryl M. Hogue, 90, of Bloomingdale, Ohio passed away Friday at Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville.

She was born June 16, 1920 in Steubenville, a daughter of the late Clarence Blythe and Ella Ensell Hawkins. In addition to her parents, she is preceded by her husband, Robert H. Hogue Sr.; daughter, Margaret J. Groves; grandchild, Scott Groves; brothers, Raymond, Clarence Jr., and Robert Hawkins; and sisters, Patricia Ann Martin, Minnie Divilling, and Kate Liddick.

Beryl graduated from Toronto high school in 1938, and then went on to complete her education from Ohio Valley School of Nursing. She served her country in World War II as part of the Army Nurse Core.

She is survived by her son, Robert (Elaine) Hogue, Jr.; daughter, Susan Hogue; grandchildren, Sgt. Robert (Cassie) Hogue III, Amber Hogue, Courtney Hogue, Eric Groves, Jeremy Groves; 4 great-grandchildren; and her dearest companion, "Little Bit".
