Betty J. Beadnell, 79, of Canton, OH, formerly of Bergholz, OH, passed away April 1, 2018 at Canton Healthcare Center.

She was born April 14, 1938 in Amsterdam, OH, a daughter of the late Saul and Thena (Carpenter) Mick.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Mordie P. Beadnell; brothers, Paul and John Mick; and sister, Joann Hammack.

She loved and adored children. Betty enjoyed crocheting, gardening, and flowers.

She is survived by her niece, Thena (Jeff) Shreve; sisters, Nancy Marshall and Emma Hall; many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 285 Second St., Bergholz, OH on Friday from 11 AM until time of funeral services at 1 PM with Pastor David Miller officiating.

Burial will follow at Bergholz Cemetery.
