Betty L. Coil, 82, of Knoxville, TN, formerly of East Springfield, OH, passed away peacefully, Thursday, September 11, 2008 at the home of her sister and brother-in-law, Audra and David Amos of Knoxville. She was a homemaker and member of the Claxton Church of Christ, Claxton, TN. She was born in New Martinsville, WV, January 25, 1926, a daughter of the late Exley and Merle Butler Rice. In addition to her sister, she is survived by her husband, Harold D. Coil, by a son Eric Adams and two daughters, Sheila and Kimberly Adams, all of California and by two brothers, Keith L. (Francis) Rice and Mahlon (Nancy) Rice, both of Colliers, WV. Private services and entombment will be held at the Ft. Steuben Burial Estates, Wintersville.
