BEVERLY E. HAAS, 88, of Harlem Springs, Carrollton, OH, passed away Sunday, November 5, 2006 in her son's home following a lengthy illness. She graduated from Short Ridge High School in Indianapolis, IN and was a Protestant by faith. She was a homemaker and had also worked as a security guard for The Timken Co., Canton. Beverly enjoyed country life, birds and the family dog, Moose. She was born in Canton, OH, May 11, 1918, a daughter of the late Otto J. and Cora (Morganthall) Schreiber. She is survived by her son, David L. Haas and her grandson, Dr. Mandal B. Haas and his wife, Susan, also of Carrollton. Friends are invited to make their condolence call at the residence located at 6272 Carry Rd. SE, Carrollton (Harlem Springs) on Friday, November 10, 2006, from 11 AM until 8 PM. A brief Service of Remembrance will be held at 1 PM on Friday. Interment in the Harlem Springs Cemetery will be at the convenience of the family.
