Bill H. Bailey 64 of Mingo Jct., Ohio passed away January 16, 2022 at East Liverpool City Hospital. He was born April 14, 1957 in Steubenville, Ohio a son of the late William and Alberta (Burgess) Bailey. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, John Bailey and sister, Jane Bailey. He is survived by his daughters, Melissa (Dale) Salsberry, Sharon (Aaron) Irvin, and Emily (Tyler) Payne; brothers, Ed (Sherry) Bailey; Robert (Deb) Bailey; sisters, Betty (John) Swickard, Dorothy Areno, and Helen (Troy) Smith; grandchildren, Andrea, Hannah, Thomas, Miracle, Kyle, Everett, Jackson, Forrest, Annabelle, and Maggie.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, January 23, 2022 at 3 PM at the Crossroads North River Campus, 207 N. River Ave. Toronto, OH 43964. Bill was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and the family asks that you wear your favorite football attire in his memory.
