William "Bill" E. Conn, 78, of Richmond, Ohio passed away November 20, 2013 at UPMC.

He was born September 13, 1935 in Steubenville, OH, a son of the late Arthur R. and Mable A. (Sticker) Conn.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his five brothers, Arthur, Henry, Don, his twin Robert, and Roger.

Bill served his country in the United States Army. He retired from Wheeling-Pitt Steel.

Bill enjoyed traveling, but most of all he enjoyed being with his family, especially his grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, Helen (Komeich) Conn of Richmond; children, Nick Zobenica, Paul Zobenica, and Janet Johnson; brother, Clifford (Mary) Conn; grandchildren, Chelsea Sheets, Lexi Sheets, Amanda Zobenica, Derek Zobenica, and Jeb Burrier; and eight great grandchildren.

Friends will be received on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 110 W. Main St., Richmond where funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday with Pastor Carol Smith officiating.

Burial will follow at Ft. Steuben Burial Estates.
