Blanca Haidee Vargas-Garcia, 45, of Wintersville, Ohio, passed away on October 19, 2025. She was born on March 10, 1980, in Morelia, Michoacan, Mexico,  to  Rafael Vargas-Hurtado and the late Beatriz Garcia-Penaloza. In addition to her parents, Blanca is preceded in death by her daughter, Ashley Jimenez-Vargas.

Blanca is survived by her fiancé, Gabriel Hugo Reyes; her son, Oscar Vargas; her daughter, Alexia Meza; her brother, Rafael Vargas-Garcia; her sisters, Beatriz Vargas-Garcia and Gladis Vargas-Garcia; and her grandson, Miguel Rafael Diaz.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd, Wintersville, Ohio, on Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 4-8 P.M.
