BONNIE G. ARTHURS, 63, of Richmond, OH, passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2009 in Valley Hospice North, Steubenville following a brief illness. She was born in Huntington, WV, a daughter of the late Bernard Thompson and Pauline (Ward) Thompson. She is also preceded in death by an infant brother, Tommy Thompson. Bonnie was a homemaker an accomplished artist. She is survived by her husband, Brian K. Arthurs, by a son, Craig Flesher and wife Darlene of Steubenville, a daughter, Tracie Flesher Snodgrass and husband, Matt of Steubenville and three grandchildren: Presley Cupp, Zackary Flesher and Melinda Gale Flesher. Friends may call at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 110 West Main St., Richmond on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11 AM Saturday at the funeral home.
