Calvin A. Pethtel Jr. (Bull), 74, of Bloomingdale, Ohio, passed away on July 20, 2025. He was born on December 4, 1950, in Follansbee, WV, to the late Calvin A. Pethtel Sr. and Rose (Casagranda) Pethtel. In addition to his parents, Calvin is preceded in death by his granddaughter, Emily Rose Cooley; and his brother.

Calvin was a member of the Unionport Masonic Lodge #333, COBA, and the FFA.

He is survived by his loving wife, Tyra L. (Tomaszewski) Pethtel; his children, Valerie Cooley, Stephanie Pethtel, Charles Pethtel, Shannon Brown, and Jason (Trisha) Pethtel; his sisters, Marie (Walter) Mader and Rose Mary (Jeff) Brenenstall; his grandchildren, Austin (Alyssa) Cook, Nikolas McClure, Alexis (Joe) Vernau, Allison Pethtel, Tyler Eygabroad, PJ Cooley, Samantha Cooley, and Katelynd Costa; and his great grandchildren, Waylon Cook, Autumn Cuichta, and Maverick Cooley.

In honor of Calvin's wishes, there will be no services held.
