Carol Grimes, 82, of  Richmond, OH, passed away January 20, 2017 at Gables Care Center, Hopedale, OH.

She was born March 8, 1934 in Cowen, WV.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd T. Grimes; son, Floyd âBudã Grimes; and daughter, Michelle Cook.

Carol worked at Forester Nursing Home.

Carol is survived by her sons, Robert (Debra) Grimes of Richmond, OH, David Grimes and companion, Lisa of Richmond, OH, Mark Grimes of Grove City, OH, and Michael Grimes of Richmond, OH; daughters, Pamela (Dan) Hanick of Norton, OH, and Tammy Pulice and companion, Ron Waggoner of East Springfield, OH; son-in-law, John Cook; daughter-in-law, Linda Grimes; grandchildren, Kimberly Gardner, Lindsey Grimes, Tyler Sorts, Spencer Grimes, and Lexxus Grimes, Jimmy and Thomas Riggs, Summer Pulice, Zane Cook, Augusta and Savannah Brantley and Melissa Cihon; and 11 great-grandchildren.

Friends will be received on Monday at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Road., Wintersville from 5 p.m. until time of memorial services at 7 p.m. with Pastor Jerry Ernst officiating.
