Carol Elaine Hines, 72, of Wintersville, Ohio passed away March 15, 2025 at Valley Hospice, Steubenville after a lengthy illness.

She was born July 5, 1952 in Clinton, IL, a daughter of the late Samuel and Ruby (Ware) Reed.

Carol is survived by her husband of 35 years, Steven Hines; son, Alan Morabeto; daughters, Tara (Andy) Swingley, Caryn (Barry) Sutherland, Brooke (Jason) Kaufman, and Courtney (Cody) Maffitt; grandchildren, Devon Morabeto, Austin, Abbey, and Aiden Nicol, Bryson and Jake Kaufman, Dominic and Paige Maffitt.

Private services wiil be held by the family and arrangements were entrusted to Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, Wintersville.
