Carol Ann Sczruba, 76, of Wintersville, OH, passed away March 21, 2021 at Valley Hospice, Steubenville, OH.

She was born November 3, 1944 in Steubenville, OH, a daughter of the late Milfred and Hilda (Hickman) Evans.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sons, Jon Jarrett Sczruba and Kevin Michael Sczruba; brother, Melvin Jay Evans; and sister, Linda Evans.

Carol was a member of the Women's Auxiliary for the Wintersville Fire Department for many years. She was an avid bowler, loved to play bingo, loved Christmas and spending time with her family.

Carol is survived by her husband of 57 years, Ronald Sczruba; children, Tammy (John) Pavlic, Carol Noel Sczruba, and Ronny Sczruba; daughter-in-law, Denise Sczruba; grandchildren, Ronny, Tyler, Kylie, Erika, K.J., and Hunter; great grandchildren, Evan, Hailey, and AnnaLynn; and brother, Ronnie Evans.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville on Thursday from 11 AM until time of the funeral at 1 PM.

Burial will follow at Ft. Steuben Burial Estates, Wintersville.
