Carolyn Faye Hendricks, 73, of Wintersville , OH , passed away on June 5, 2015 after a lengthy illness at Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville .

She was born on March 5, 1942 in East Springfield , OH , a daughter of the late Dorsey H. and Helen H. (Polen) Hendricks.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her brother, Donald L. Hendricks and great nephew, Lucas A. Hendricks.

Carolyn was a member of Christ United Methodist Church , East Springfield .

She was a long time employee of Kuester Implement Co in Wintersville followed by lengthy employment at Fellows Feed and Supply and finally retiring from Trinity West Hospital .

Carolyn is survived by Gary Hendricks, her nephew and his family.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd. , Wintersville on Thursday from 5 PM until time of the memorial service at 7 PM .
