Carolyn L. Rhoades, 60, of Steubenville, OH, passed away Monday in Trinity Medical Center East Tower Nine, Steubenville where she made her home. She attended School of Bright Promise/ Jeff Co Training Center in Steubenville and was Protestant by faith. Carolyn was born December 23, 1944 in Hillsboro, Ohio, a daughter of the late Nelson "Dusty" and Pauline Willison Rhoades. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers, David in 1967 and Charles in 1950. Carolyn is survived by her two sisters, Janet Rhoades of Bergholz, OH and Helen Torres of Austin, TX. A memorial service for Carolyn will be held at 2 PM Thursday, November 10th at Trinity East Tower Nine, Steubenville with Trinity Pastoral Care officiating.
