Carolyn L. Ross, 81, of Steubenville, Ohio, passed away peacefully on December 6, 2025. She was born on November 22, 1944, in Steubenville, Ohio, to the late Earl and Pauline (Simeral) Randolph. In addition to her parents, Carolyn is preceded in death by her loving husband, Joseph J. Ross Jr.; and her brothers, Harold and Wayne Randolph.

She is survived by her children, Debbie (Rick) Jones, James J. (Linda) Ross, Janet M. Nordin, and Todd (Jennifer) Parker; her sisters-in-laws, Carol and Glenda Randolph; her grandchildren, Justine (Paul), Josh, Jesse, Todd (Dom), Bubba (Lexi), Curtis, and Ella; and her 5 great grandchildren.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd, Wintersville, Ohio, on Thursday, December 11, 2025, from 3 P.M. until time of services at 5 P.M. with Rev. Jason Elliott officiating.
