Cathy Jane Cheripko, 70, of Bloomingdale, Ohio, passed away on October 19, 2022. She was born on November 22, 1951, in Steubenville, Ohio, to the late

Argel and Nellie (Vinburg) Oldaker. In addition to her parents, Cathy is preceded in death by her sisters, Susan (Dave) Maple and Darlene Hennis; and her brother, Mike Oldaker.

Cathy was a dedicated family person and was a volunteer EMT for East Springfield Fire Department.

She is survived by her husband of 49 years, George Cheripko; her son, George (Yvonne Chiota) Lloyd Cheripko IV; her brother, Pat (Kay) Oldaker; her brother-in-law, Howard Hennis; her sister-in-law, Joni Oldaker; her grandchild, Ashley (Bo) Rizer; and her great grandchildren, Chayse, Corbyn, Morgyn, and Madyson.

Friends will be received for visitation hours at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville, Ohio, on Saturday, October 22, 2022, from 11 A.M. to 1 P.M.
