Chad T. Allender, 43, of Amsterdam passed away June 22, 2013 at his home.

He was born June 15, 1970, a son of Larry Lee Allender of North Lima, OH and the late Marcia (Anderson).

Chad was a member of the Amsterdam United Methodist Church.

In addition to his father he is survived by siblings, William "Kip" Allender of Jewett, Christine Snyder of Wheeling, WV; and Justin G. Allender of North Lima, OH.
