Charles K. Castner, 76, of Steubenville, Ohio, passed away April 11, 2012 in Dade City, Florida.

He was born January 18, 1936 in Washington County, PA, a son of the late Paul and Elizabeth (Berdine) Castner.

Charles served his country in the United States Army.

Charles is survived by four sons, Charles (Martha) of Weirton, WV, Paul (Shawn) of Steubenville, Donald (Paula) of Brilliant, and Aaron Castner of Wintersville; two daughters of Mingo Junction, Beverly Bartels and Neida Cooper; sister, Shirley Futch of Steubenville; and many grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Friends will be received on Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville where funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 11 AM with Pastor John Beard officiating. Burial will follow at Richmond Union cemetery with full military honors
