Charles R. Hunt, Sr., 79, of Steubenville, OH, passed away July 5, 2016 at Valley Hospice Care Center North, Steubenville.
He was born January 3, 1937 in Steubenville, OH, a son of the late Edmund and Helen Elizabeth (Chamberlain) Hunt.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife, Yvonne "Sis" Marie Hunt, a brother and a sister.
He is survived by his sons, Charles R. (Carol) Hunt, Jr. of Steubenville and Thomas E. (Jackie) Hunt of Steubenville; daughters, Helen (John) Benko of Wintersville and Mary (Brian) Donley of Steubenville; 6 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren.
Private family arrangements have been entrusted to the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home.
