Charles C. Kemmer, 75, of Bergholz, Ohio, passed away on May 6, 2025. He was born on June 19, 1949, in Steubenville, Ohio, to the late Harold and Betty (Hackathorn) Kemmer. In addition to his parents, Charles is preceded in death by his wife, Sandy Kemmer; and his sister, Jolley Hackathorn Wade.

Charles is survived by his daughter, Paula (Garrett) Pilarski; his son, Curtis Kemmer; his sister, Rebecca Labate; his grandchildren, Nathan Majoris, Johnathon (Claire) Kemmer, Taylor, and Alexis; and one great granddaughter on the way, Jemma Louise.
