Charles William Turley, 57 of Bloomingdale , Ohio passed away Wednesday, February 9, 2011 . He was a Veteran of the US Navy serving in Vietnam . Charles was a truck driver for DLC and was Protestant by faith.

He was born January 14, 1953 in Steubenville , Ohio , a son of the late Allen R. Turley and Nellie Harbour Turley of Bloomingdale. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by a brother, Allen R. Turley, Jr.

Charles is survived by his mother, Nellie; three sisters, Doris (Don) Duncan of New Haven, WV, Mary Reed of Bloomingdale, and Deborah Warner of Oregon ; brother, Ronald (Billie Jo) Turley of Bloomingdale.
