Christina J. "Janie" McConnaughy, 83, of Bergholz, Ohio passed away January 30, 2013 at home surrounded by her loving family.

She was born October 15, 1929 in Amsterdam, Ohio, a daughter of the late John "Jack" and Helen "Nellie" (McIntyre) Allmon.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Don McConnaughy who passed away May 28, 1992.

Christina was a lifetime member of Bergholz Church of Christ.

She is survived by her sons, John "Jack" (Camille) of Carrollton, Richard "Dick" (Terri) of Bergholz, and Dorsen (Patty) McConnaughy of Wellsburg, WV; daughter, Tina (Kenneth) McKee of Bergholz; sister, Kathryn (Donald) Williams of Bergholz; grandchildren, Brian, Roz, Jessie, Corrine, Colin, Hadyn, and Ellie; and great grandchildren, Andalyn and Xan.

Friends will be received on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the Bergholz Church of Christ (located in Bergholz at the corner of First St. and Jefferson) where funeral services will be held on Saturday at 11 AM with Pastor Dave Miller officiating.

Burial will follow at Ft. Steuben Burial Estates.
