Cindy Nelson, 67, of Steubenville, Ohio passed away August 23, 2024 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born July 27, 1957 in Steubenville, Ohio, a daughter of John F. and Donna M. (Clark) Kugler. She is preceded in death by her father, John; brothers, Johnny Lee and Billy Jo Kugler; sister, Louann McElwain, nephew, Leo Melvin Kugler Jr.

Cindy is survived by her mother, Donna; husband, Donald Nelson; five children, Betty Burch, Sheila (Jeff) Pinkerton, Nona (Pete) Steigerwald, K. Robert (Karen) Nelson, and Anna (Tommy) Anglin; brothers, Jimmy (Missy) Kugler and Leo (Marisa) Kugler; sisters, Debra (Cody) Hatfield, Nona Woodland, and Jodi (Patrick) Thomoson; 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville on Sunday, August 25, 2024 from 4 PM until time of services at 6 PM.
