Cleo Edward Burrows, Jr. 54 of Wintersville, Ohio passed away July 16, 2023 at his home. He was born November 30, 1968 in Charleston, WV a son of the late Cleo Edward and Eva Jean (Hill) Burrows. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Charles Burrows. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and loved to play video games with his sons. He was a manager at DeFelice Pizza in Wintersville and was a former employee of the Ohio BMV.

Ed is survived by three sons, Cleo "Eddie" (Jess Postlethwait) Burrows III, Greg (Payton Vaughan) Burrows, and Josh Burrows; grandchild, Parker Burrows; brother, Clint Burrows; the mothers of his children, Sherri Eddy and Lorenda Burrows.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville on Wednesday from 4-7 PM.
