Connie Culp 57 of Steubenville, Ohio passed away Wednesday, July 29, 2020 at the Cleveland Clinic.

She was born March 26, 1963 in East Liverpool, Ohio a daughter of Robert Wagoner and the late Maxine (Taylor) Wagoner. In addition to her mother she was preceded in death by her grandson, RJ Culp.

Connie is survived by her daughter, Alicia (Dennis Dawson) Culp; son, Steven Culp; brother, Calvin (Joyce) Wagoner; twin sister, Bonnie (Michael) Stubbs; sisters, Debbie (Jim) Riggs and Vicki (Michael) Stowers; Companion, Roy Parks; grandson, Maddox Dawson; many nieces, nephews, former in laws and extended family; her beloved dog, Junior. The family would like to express their gratitude to Lifebanc, Cleveland Clinic and Anna Kasper (Donor) and her family. Anna's selfless gift allowed Connie to start her medical journey for future face transplant recipients.

Family and friends are welcome to a funeral service Monday, August 10, 2020 at 10 AM at Riverview cemetery, East Liverpool.
