Connie Sue Piper 64 of Steubenville, Ohio passed away April 1, 2023 at her home.

She was born August 10, 1958 in Steubenville, Ohio a daughter of the late Tyrone and Erma (Lucas) Clark. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, John Piper; brother, Andy Clark.

Connie loved music especially Elvis Presley, dancing and bingo. She always carried a positive attitude in life and she adored her grandchildren, Paityn and Addison.

Connie is survived by her loving son, Brian (Stacey) Lucas; granddaughters, Paityn and Addison Lucas; sisters, Donna (George) Kokos; brothers, Mike (Carillon) Clark, Frank Clark, Jimmy Clark, and Howard Clark; her aunt, Linda Lucas.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville on Thursday from 5 PM until time of funeral service at 7PM with Pastor Bill Westling officiating.
