Obituary
Connie L. Snider, 72, of Wintersville, OH, passed away April 21, 2017 at her home.
She was born November 17, 1944 in Steubenville, OH, a daughter of the late Charles Cooper and Anna Mae (Martin) Cooper Harter.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by 3 brothers and 5 sisters.
She was a member of the American Legion Post 557 Auxiliary.
Connie is survived by her son, James (Sherry) Snider; brother, William (Marsha) Cooper; grandchildren, Kyle Riggott and Amanda Wakely; many nieces and nephews.
Per Connie's wishes there will no services.
