Daniel L. Bake, 77, of Bergholz, Ohio, went to be with the Lord on October 7, 2025. He was born on March 4, 1948, in Amsterdam, Ohio, to the late Gilbert and Pearl (Burwell) Bake.

He is survived by his loving companion, Shirley Grimm; his daughter, Barbara McElroy, granddaughter, Cheyenne, his son-in-law, Ronald D. McElroy of Richmond, Ohio, and his daughter Karen Bake, his son, Daniel E. Bake, his sisters, Sandy Echols of Powhattan Point, Ohio and Kathy Fox, and his brother, Rick Bake.

Dan loved to help people. He was always joking with people to get them to laugh and smile. He loved to be outside with his animals also.

In honor of Daniel's wishes, there will be no services held.
