Daniel W. Sprouse, 81, of Steubenville, Ohio, passed away on August 10, 2026. He was born on November 30, 1944, in Lorain, Ohio, to Charles and Anna (Oiler) Sprouse. 

Daniel enjoyed cooking, watching tv (Westerns), and spending family time together, as well as going to dinner with nieces and nephews. He was also an avid card player. Although he didn't have children of his own, he was like a father figure to many of his nieces and nephews when they were younger.
He was preceded in death by his parents Anna (Oiler) and Charles Sprouse, as well as his siblings Donna, Dora, David, Charles, Ronald, Hettie, Nancy, and one infant sibling. 
He also has a brother Donald, but unsure if living or deceased, with last known residence of Shephard, TX, as of 2 years ago.

He is survived by nieces Carrie, Rebecca, April, Anna, Barbara, Jessica, and Weslie; and nephews Tom, Charles (Chuck), David, Frank, Dale, John, and Chuck. As well as many great nieces and nephews.
