David Alan Gibson, 71, of Mingo Junction, Ohio, passed away on April 24, 2025, surrounded by his family. He was born on June 30, 1953, in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, to the late Norman and Margaret (Aldridge) Gibson.

David was an avid golfer, music lover, and loved to read.

He is survived by his wife, JoAnn (Roberts) Gibson; his sons, Shawn (Sarah) Gibson and Stephen (Stephanie) Gibson; his brother, Richard Gibson; and his grandchildren, Maura, Ross, Owen, and Drew.

Friends will be received for visitation at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd, Wintersville, Ohio, on Monday, April 28, 2025, from 4-7 P.M. A funeral service will be held the following day, Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at 11 A.M. with Pastor Bill Westling officiating. Burial will follow at Union Cemetery in Steubenville, Ohio.
