David R. Jackson, 82, passed away in Steubenville, Ohio on February 18, 2022. He was born on December 22, 1939 in East Liverpool, Ohio. Son of the late Oke and Margaret (Higgins) Jackson.

David is survived by many children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
