DAVID A. JONES, SR, 69, of Wintersville, OH, passed away Wednesday, June 09, 2010 in Carriage Inn of Steubenville. He was born June 23, 1940 in Steubenville, OH, a son of the late Alvin and Gladys McGrew Jones. He was a construction worker out of union Local #809 and member of the Steubenville Church of the Nazarene and the Knights of Pythias of Mingo Jct. He is survived by his wife, E. Faye Jones, a son, David Jones, Jr., and companion Gina of Steubenville, daughters, Margie Bensie and husband, Doug of Mingo Jct., and Bobbi Jo Clark and husband Bruce of Brilliant; his step-children, June Giles and husband, John of Steubenville, Michael Search of Columbus and Steven Search and wife Monica of Steubenville, 11 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren. Friends may call at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville on Thursday, June 10, 2010 from 5 until 9 PM and again on Friday from 11 AM until time of funeral services at 1 PM with the Pastor Ron Miller officiating.
