David Eugene Rayburn, 55, of Wintersville, Ohio, passed away on June 17, 2025. He was born on February 25, 1970, in Steubenville, Ohio, to Thelma (Miller) Rayburn and the late Jack Rayburn. In addition to his father, David is preceded in death by his brother, Charles Frank.

David was a welder in the Plumbers and Pipefitters Local #495 for the past 36 years. He graduated from the UA Training Center in Ann Arbor in Michigan, and was a professional flat track racer #85 for the American Motorcycle Association.

In addition to his mother, David is survived by his sons, David Rayburn, Brent Rayburn, Joel Walker, and Justin Walker; his brother, William E. Rayburn; his sister, Deborah Rayburn-Skaggs; and his many nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd, Wintersville, Ohio, on Saturday, July 26, 2025, from 2 P.M. until time of services at 4 P.M.
