Obituary
David E. Spencer, 66, of Steubenville, Ohio, passed away on November 8, 2024. He was born on June 16, 1958, to the late Edward and Jacquelyn (Willis) Spencer.
David is survived by his sister, Linda Grysko of New Cumberland, WV.
In honor of David's wishes, there will be no services held.
