DEANNA G. DOWNEN, 71, of Bloomingdale, OH, passed away Sunday, November 16, 2008 in Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville following a brief illness. She was born in Steubenville, OH, August 6, 1937, the daughter of the late Glenn O. and Anna (Bihary) Devore. She is survived by her husband, Ronald E. Downen whom she married June 7, 1958, by two daughters, Candy (Ed) Millhorn, Steubenville and Melody Downen of Bloomingdale, and by 3 brothers, David (Ruth) Devore, Donald (Sandy) Devore and Dale (Judy) Devore, all of Bloomingdale. Friends may call at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 110 West Main St., Richmond, Tuesday from 2 until 4 PM. Funeral services will be at 4 PM Tuesday at the funeral home following the visitation and Pastor Mike Thurston will officiate. Burial will be in Quaker Cemetery, Richmond.
