Debbie (McConahy) Lockhart, 75, of Toronto, OH, passed away March 6, 2025, at Weirton Medical Center ER.

She was born October 1, 1949, in New Castle, PA, a daughter of the late Richard and Dorothy (Fulmer) McConahy.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald L. Lockhart, Sr.

Debbie is survived by her children, Nicole "Nikki" Lockhart, Reyna-Leigh (Michael) Volsky, and Ronald "R.J." Lockhart, Jr.; grandchildren. Caitlin (Chris) Frazier, Lucky (Vicki) McClurg, Fabian Lockhart, Daniel (Erin) Volsky, Kai McClurg, Jesse (Abby) McClurg, Gina McClurg, and Jacob Lockhart; great grandchildren, Jayden, Jordynn, Christopher, Caden, Luka, Kayleigh, Kassadee, Savannah, and one on the way; brother, Michael (Mary Ann) McConahy; sisters, Linda McConahy and Patty (Jeff) Gould.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville on Friday, March 14 from 4 PM until time of funeral services at 7 PM with Pastor Bill Westling officiating.
